It appears these are not refurbished.  I do not understand the shelf life - 1 year after being charged. Love the price for the pair.  Have these smart batteries been in stock for a while?   

Please, don't take offense to my questions. I truly am not meaning to offend anyone!  

I just purchased a EcoFlow Delta Power Pro and want to get the batteries to add to it.
