What is the solar cell lens made of? We have some cheap solar lights and the solar panels cover has turned 'milky', not clear as glass would be. Your specifications read:

"Solar panel: Built in Monocrystaline". Is that some type of plastic? And, do they NOT get 'milky' with long term exposure to the sun? Thanks for your prompt reply!
