This is an excellent light to highlight architecture plantings and features. Beautiful "white" light, extremely bright for a solar. I purchased one and after installing it purchased two more. As an aside, the first light didn't work properly (it stayed on day and night) I contacted Earth Tech and the customer rep. said they would ship a new one immediately. Three days later the new one arrived with a return box and pre-paid shipping label to return the defective one. Fantastic customer Service!

I have purchased 12 flood lights in the past couple of years. These give off a great white light that does shine bright enough for security. I bought 4 and will buy more soon. I live in four corners area and they get pleanty of sun to run almost all nite.

I bought four of these lights to see if they would light up the front of my home. Unfortunately I don't have any outdoor outlets and have struggled to find lights to add evening enhancement to my home. I decided to just put one light out to see if they really did work. After two days of charging, I turned the light on and was blown away by how bright it was! I couldn't wait to get the other 3 out there and charged. The front of my home now looks beautiful at night. I couldnt' be more pleased with these lights!

Best solar option light I have experienced. We've been thru a lot of the big box store solar options and they don't have the quality of these lights. Very easy to assemble, no tools required and they work flawlessly.

I've been through two sets of the cheap plaastic box store lights - about a year is all they will last . These are heavy duty metal with a nice big solar panel. I put them in the ground the evening they arrived. The next night they were working . They highlight the four pilars in the front of my house which faces west. They get plenty of sun so for me they are the ultimate solution.

I wanted a true spot light for my landscaping and this is it. Easy to assemble and use, my landscaping looks great at night. I only wish I had ordered more!

So far the best solar spotlights that i have had. Just wish they were also available with a "warmer" light, since the white light is harsh.

This is the very best light out of all I've tried. Durable metal construction, lasts a long time on a charge, and is very bright. Can be used as an uplight on a palm tree.

Our Homeowners Association bought these as an alternative to an expensive solar lighting system. We bought multiple solar lights to illuminate our front entrance at a fraction of the price. Lights provide bright lighting. Easy to relocate as needed. Can adjust the solar panel as the seasons change.

My only complaint is that I wish the solar panels could be adjust side to side to allow for maximum sun exposure.

I used these to illuminate a statue in my garden and do uplighting in trees. It works great for both applications. It is super simple to install and adjust to your need.

We needed a light by the neighborhood street to light up our address at night... does just what we needed. It's not too bright (perhaps a little less bright than we were expecting) but it lights up great.

LOVE THE LIGHTING CAPABILITIES...HOWEVER, SOME OF THE LIGHTS CAN'T HIT THE SUN DIRECTLY AS THE SOLAR PANELS HAVE NO SIDE-TO-SIDE SWIVEL...ONLY ONE UP/DOWN DIRECTION.

Very bright spot light! Using it to light up the entry to our driveway and a couple pine trees. They have worked great for 18 months. But now they are getting very dim, and I've tried to get replacement batteries from EarthTech, but I can't find out which battery is needed or where I can buy them. EarthTech really should sell the batteries, because the spotlights will be worthless without replacement batteries!

Bought two to light our address area but it only took one and we used the other on our front porch. Compares to lights costing twice as much.

used this product to subtley light a couple of trees in the front yard. Worked just right. Not too bright not too dim.

Lights are placed about 5 feet from wall of single story house and cover to eave and about 6 to 8 feet wide. The light is a "cold" white light but not a weak solar light like others I've seen.

I use this to light up my American flag at night (what you are supposed to do) on the flag pole located out on my dock. The light is mounted on pole on the opposite side of my dock from the pole and down at least 25 feet from the top of the pole / flag. The flag is lighted perfectly. I have tried other lights and none ever came close to this one.

Absolutely love these. They are so much brighter than the ones you find in the big box stores!

I bought 6 for a garden party and placed them about 3' away from tree trunks, and aimed the heads up into the foliage. Very dramatic effect.

The design of this product is perfect for alleyways between houses that get enough light in the day to charge, but no or little light from streetlamps. Not superbright to tee of the next door neighbor, but bright enough to deter any mischief.

I am happy with the product because it is perfect for what my husband & I wanted it for; just enought light to illuminate the front of our home.

We bought this solar spot light to highlight a new, beautiful ocotillo (tall desert plant) that we just added to our front landscaping. We already have several landscape lights spaced throughout the garden as well as several spotlights aimed up at our 4 mexican palm trees. We were hoping that this new solar spot light would be a nice addition to these other landscape lights but - unfortunately - it turned out not to be what we had hoped. It did not blend well with the rest of them because the light it shines is bluish in color. I guess that is why it's called a "white light" in the description because it has a certain "cool" tone to it that other warmer colored lights don't have. Other than the color of the light itself, it was a very nice product. It charged quickly with the sun shining directly on it and it was simple to install. And the light was bright enough to light up the whole plant. But we decided to return it since it just didn't go well with our overall landscape design because of the color of the light - the bluish color was such a distraction. EarthTech was very cooperative with the return and we received our refund, minus the return shipping fees which we had to cover ourselves. So, I would recommend them as a company and I also would recomend this spot light, but only to anyone who isn't picky about the light color or those who have this same cooler colored lighting throughout their yard already.

Spotlights are mounted on trees, 15ft above the ground in a frequently vandalized cemetery. Purpose is to discourage more vandalism. Illumination appears to be adequate, Lights stay lit until early morning. We expect to order more as funds provide.

I bought this to replace a "bright" solar spot light (was rated 24X brighter) that had failed due to weather. This one is brighter than the one that failed and provides a bright white light vs the yellowish tint that I had from the other one...and it was $6 cheaper....would highly recommend for those looking for a solar light for landscape highlighting

I have gone through so many solar lights before - Both cheap and expensive ones. I hope this one last quite a bit longer and not end up in the junk heap. I wish the enclosure for the solar panel is made of more durable material. The product is quite easy to assemble.

The light is used to illuminate a development sign where there is no available electricity. It works well and is an inexpensive solution to the problem.

I also cut and added 12 feet of wiring to enable me to mount the panel on my roofline fascia. Now the panel is able to get lots of sunlight...whereas if I left it attached as was, the panel would be shadowed at certain parts of the day. I also housed the spliced wires in plastic tubing so they are weather protected. I live on a busy main street, so now I am secure knowing someone will think twice before yanking it out and "rehoming" it. I just recently put in some rainchains so I needed some lights to highlight them. So now I am double green, using rain water to water the grass and using the sun to power the lights! I am very happy and visit your site regularly to look for more things to buy.....the projects never end when you are a home owner.

Product description is perfect. Construction of housing excellent, stakes are extra durable. Would order more and recommend these spotlights to all who need to "dress up" their garden. Also aids in finding keys to front door when on.

I was able to seperate the solar cell from the spotlight by cutting the wire between them and extending it 15 feet. This allowed me to mount the solar cell on my rooftop antenna tripod and mount the spotlight on the house near the backdoor. This spotlight lights up the backdoor and 2/3 of my backyard. This is not a toy but a REAL light. An unbelievable value that can be very flexable if you think outside the box.

I did search for weeks on line for a better light. Many solar barely show up. This light said spot light and I could find other spotlights on line but I did not want to pay the 150 dollars prices. This light was reasonable priced and really is a spot light..really does light up and about 10 times brighter than a regular solar light that I have owned in the past and paid more for than this one. Good job to this site for offering this light, it works !
